Prayer: Anxiety/ Depression

Father forgive me for believing and tolerating the spirit of fear. I renounce all unconscious and subconscious fears within me in Jesus’ name and choose by my will to do the work which it takes to renew my mind with the word of God and replace all fearful thoughts with faith in Jesus Christ

I declare that I do not have a spirit of fear and depression but that of power love and of a sound mind

You spirit of anxiety and depression I cast you out of my life now in Jesus’ name.

Lord, please reveal wrong thought patterns which open the door to anxiety and depression and show me how to overcome them in Jesus’ name.

I break every ancestral covenant I may have with the spirit of fear, not loving myself, people-pleasing depression, anxiety, mental illness, heaviness and oppression in Jesus’ name.
Declare that according to 1st Corinthians 2:16 I have the mind of Christ

I break free from continuous cycles of PTSD, depression, anxiety and panic attacks in Jesus’ name

I command every demon responsible for giving me nightmares and unfortunate situations in order to strengthen the stronghold of the spirit of torment through anxiety and depression to leave my life now in Jesus’ name.

I pull down every stronghold of depression and anxiety by the blood of JESUS Christ
I close every evil door that has been opened by the spirit of fear and depression into my life and I open every good door that has been closed by these spirits in Jesus’ name.

I pray for supernatural healing for all diseases that have entered my body through the spirits of fear. Such as hypertension, heart palpitations, migraine headaches, insomnia, dizziness, heaviness, spirits of infirmity, an overactive autonomic nervous system, and a failed parasympathetic nervous system in Jesus’ name, I receive my healing according to Isaiah 53:5 and Malachi:4:2

I pray Lord that you would supernaturally heal my parasympathetic nervous system and show me practical ways to relax my body and love myself.

I cast out of my life all evil spirits associated with the spirits of fear, oppression and depression all their helper spirits must leave me now in Jesus’s name.

The joy of the Lord is my strength
